There’s never been a better time to listen, share and learn with women business owners from across the country

This has been a difficult time, and, especially, for women business owners. Used to their children being in school for most of the day – or away at school every day, in college or working – many are finding the pressures of helping their children maintain school work, having their families at home and working full time, overwhelming.

Or, perhaps you are working from home for the first time. You might be managing your employees virtually or having to set schedules to maintain social distance in your office.

Technology may be frustrating you.

I was inspired to create an online group where the women in my network could collaborate and connect for success. It was exciting to experience the response from women of all ages and stages. It was exciting to see old faces, and new, from different parts of my network.  Not only did they learn from each other, they made new connections and, in some cases, business transpired.

Our first discussions centered on how life was different, managing it all and finding new ways to cope and keep moving forward. Knowing from the feedback I received how helpful it was, we continued to meet, sometimes several times a month. Relationships have started to form.

The best part is the type of woman who is attending – selfless, relational, collaborative and interested in the other participants. From all areas of the country. They are the true representation of a mastermind and now we have transitioned to a mastermind membership club to continue the brainstorming and resourcefulness where everyone learns something new each and every meeting.

My top four goals for Wonder Women Mastermind Club

Goal #1

Grow the community. The beauty of a mastermind lies in its diversity. Not everyone can make every meeting so more members means positive interchange, and the opportunity to meet new members, each time the group meets. That is why I’ve extended the annual fee of $60 to anyone who joins in July. https://gailzelitzky.com/wonder-women-mastermind/registration-form/

Goal #2

Engage the community. Through recaps following each meeting, we try to capture important information shared in the breakout rooms and large group discussion. Members’ emails are always available and interaction continues between sessions. Soon there will be a private Facebook Group and shared Google Drive.

Goal #3

Spotlight members of the community. Each month we spotlight one member who wishes to share information of value to the group. This is educational, not promotional.

Goal #4

Highlight the community. The public Wonder Women Mastermind Facebook Group http://facebook.com/wonderwomenmastermind, provides opportunities to share what you are up to, what else you need and offers an opportunity to hold conversations with the greater group.

Closing Thoughts

Think of Wonder Women Mastermind as your board of advisors, a think tank where you help each other find the resources you need to move to the next step in your life or your business. It is also a place to try out new ideas, expect and receive honest feedback. We hope you will join us, every third Wednesday of the month from 1:00pm-2:30pm CT.

Complete the registration to make sure you get in on the special $60 annual fee offer. https://gailzelitzky.com/wonder-women-mastermind/registration-form/

I hope to see you at our next meeting: August 19, 2020.

Yours for continued success,

Gail
